From the links on the left, select the method of determining your Course Handicap (how many strokes you receive) based on your Handicap Index and the Slope Rating of the tees played:

The "Calculate Strokes at Clubs" link will allow you to select a club and view your Course Handicap for each set of tees there.

The "Calculate Strokes by Rating" link will allow you to enter any Slope Rating to calculate the Course Handicap for your Index.
